THE Consumer Unity Trust Society (CUTS) has called on Zesco Limited to find ways of cushioning the electricity shortage to protect the economy and consumers.
Last week, Zesco announced prolonged load-shedding of up to 15 hours a day for 10 days following loss of 132 megawatts from one of the independent power producers.
