Luapula Province, Mansa, January 28, 2011
Luapula province is located north of the country. The province is renowned for fishing activities owing to the enormity and splendorous of the rivers in the province. Apart from the natural resources that the province is endowed with, it has the potential in beer keeping owing to its abundance in forests. The province also has the potential also to diversify into agricultural related activities, a focus area of Zambia’s DTIS.
Therefore, Luapula province was ear marked for capacity building hence the provincial workshop which was held on 28th January 2011. For more information, click here…….
