THIRD SENSITISATION WORKSHOP ON BETAMPOR

Eastern province is among the leading areas in agricultural productivity in Zambia with an enormous fertile land. Increased agricultural productivity remains critical in achieving food security and trade. Prioritising agriculture as a sector with potential to enhance Zambia’s economy entails increased productivity for the sector to occupy its rightful position in the country’s economy. To achieve this might be a nightmare owing to the constraints that producers face and the EIF is premised to address such. A workshop was therefore organised in the province to influence and strengthen their participation state and none-state actors in the EIF process.

CUTS organised a provincial workshop on 16th February 2011. For more information, click here….
