After the Copperbelt workshop, CUTS proceeded to Luapula province and held another provincial workshop on 28th January, 2011at Mansa hotel in Mansa under the BETAMOMPOR project with the same objectives.
The Luapula workshop also received a very positive participation. The meeting was attended by the Luapula permanent secretary, the CSOs and others. The workshop also achieved its objective of forming the charter which will be coordinated by Mr. Simute, CUTS Focal point in the province. The charter will be having its meeting first week of February, 2011 to define the way forward on how the operational process will be done and subsequently provide a report to CUTS.
