Since December 2021, Consumer Unity Trust Society – CUTS Lusaka has been implementing the Voices for Climate Change project supported by WWF and the Dutch Government. As the year draws to a close, Consumer Unity Trust Society – CUTS Lusaka hosted a stakeholders meeting in Mazabuka on Thursday, 1st December 2022.
In attendance were 35 individuals representing women’s organizations, the youth, the disabled, farmers, kachasu brewers and charcoal burners to mention a few.
The purpose of the meeting was to reflect on the activities, achievements and experience sharing. Further, the discussion focused on the way forward and how we can enhance community participation in addressing the effects of climate change.
